New methods Exchange Ways of learning

Main

The main objective of the project is: To introduce NEW teaching methods and approaches with an European added value, into the curriculum of European learners, in order to have higher motivation in learning, increased participation of the learners in the learning/teaching process, to have smaller number of drop outs in the group of weaker students and to achieve a higher success rate in the students achievements.

Activities : to be embedded in all actions

Objective 1 is growing in an European dimension approach of Adult Education through exchanging institutional teaching methods and learning about the cultural differences of all participants

Activities:

Activity A: - First there is a summary of existing teaching methods- approach of learners of all partners.

Activity B: - Then we exchange these methods and have dissemination to all partners.

Objective 2 is assimilation of European partners’ educational methods through a better knowledge, practice, understanding and creativity development approach.

Activity C: - The partners will practice with their learners and teachers methods, NEW to them, given by their European partners.

Activity D: - All participants involved in the present project (learners and teachers) will make an evaluation of the NEW methods in their national and institutional context.

Activity E: - The learners involved will exchange their opinion on the NEW working methods and approach.

Activity F: - There will be a developing of these NEW European methods into NEW creative methods, national, institutional and individual added value.

Objective 3 is developing the abilities of learners and teachers of coming together in a creative and innovative Lifelong Learning process in a European dynamic context.

Activities 2

Activity G: - The partners will make an evaluation of NEW creative methods.

Activity H: - There will be a continuous evaluation of the processes, and of the project (an important input will come from the evaluation by the learners and their satisfaction with the NEW methods involved).

Activity I: - A continuing dissemination will be made on public places and through a project website open to the public.

Activity J: - Finally there is a European dissemination of the project product: compilation of project in an appropriate form, a book and/or a movie will be distributed. It will also be available electronically on our website

Objective 4 Sustainability in these changes in all partner’s institutes, in order to improve the approach of the groups of weaker learners on a longer term.
